Our labor charges are based on one hourly rate for all services (for example, 3D modeling is billed the same as graphic design). This rate varies by market and is often discounted for volume. Prevailing labor rates are factored into estimates.

All jobs are estimated in writing before commencing work and vary no more than 10% for labor, either way. Changes in equipment and materials costs beyond our control, and/or changes to the scope of work may void the estimate -- but not without prior notice to the client.

For new clients without a payment history, up to 1/2 of an estimate is required before work is begun, with the balance on completion and/or delivery. For established clients, terms are 10 days net. Depending on the scope of a job, billings may be made and paid on a monthly basis.
